Yes it will work. The B286 has ONLY line outputs, no loudspeaker outputs.
The B286 has two line outs, one low level (2V), one high level (6V). The low level is most appropriate for the B750 aux / tuner input.

You can also connect into the B750 PWR-AMP IN, (sensitivity is 1v) - then none of the tone or level controls on the B750 will be effective.
