Samsung buys Harman - here's what it'll mean for your next car, phone, and more

Samsung has announced that it has acquired Harman, the company behind over 20 brands including audio companies AKG, JBL and Harman/Kardon, as well as a suite of connected car technologies.

Evertz announced today (January 13, 2021) that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with HARMAN International to acquire the Studer brand, technology and related assets. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the first quarter of calendar 2021.
