Revox m51 Help needed.

Hello forum users,
My name is Dawid and this is my first post on this forum. First of all, I would like to apologize for the language used in the post. unfortunately I don't speak German.
Now the revox m51 case.
I have had this model for a week, I got it from a GIRA representative in Reykjavik. Unfortunately the m51 is not working properly. What does it mean? let me explain in a few steps:
1# I connected 230v ac to the device, the blue LED on the right lights up.
2# After pressing the "power" button, the LED goes out and the display turns on and shows the "Revox" logo for about 1 sec, then goes out.
3# The display does not work, but I hear a beep when pressing the buttons, the cd tray works and I can pull it out.

That much I was able to check with my eyes and ears. I have a bit of will and talent, so I took off the m51 case and kept digging. what I find out?
1# I took all the cards out of the case - the effect is the same, the screen does not work.
2# I checked the power board, it turned out that the capacitors had already been replaced. Just in case, I replaced these power boards. (I got them from GIRA)
3# I even tried to run the power supply only with the display(no cards or bus, no cd player) - the effect is exactly the same as at the beginning.

Does this mean that the display board is broken? does anyone know how to fix it?
I really like the look of the m51. And I don't want to get rid of it, especially since it's a good equipped version. in addition, I got extra cards and a digital power amplifier 5x200w.

Any hint is welcome.

What about the other functions of the M51, do they work?
If yes, the described behavior could be a feature of the M51 called "AutoDim".
To check it, you have to make a long click on the "Timer" button, select "Display" on the appropriate SoftKey and switch the mentioned feature off.

Good evening,
It was really hard for me to check any functions without a working display. However, after many tries, the screen turned on. Here I wanted to point out that I didn't change anything, since then the device together with the display turns on every single time. Immediately I checked the autodim options, and it was disabled.
Apart from that, I've noticed a few other problems:
1# Relays on one the decoder card(1.551.084.01) sometimes make a lot of noise. As there was no energy to support the coils.
2# Fmm tuner does not give a signal, not even noise (tested without 75ohm antenna)
3# Screen is not in the best condition.
4# I have 2 empty slots according to revox m51 system, but only one is empty in reality. Is that ok?

Hello

The modules in slot 4 (Multiroom MK3) and slot 6 (Voxnet) do not work together. You have to chose to either use the old analog mutliroom oder the new digital Voxnet/multiuser. As you need a multiuser server you don't seem to have, I would remove the module in slot 6. Maybe afterwards the decoder module in slot 7 is shown in the list.
